- Include any additional details that help us verify your request
What Happens After Your Request
After receiving your request, our team reviews and verifies ownership of the account.
Once validated, we begin deletion of your profile and associated data within our
standard processing timeline.
You may receive follow-up communication if additional details are needed before deletion
can be completed.
Identity Verification
To prevent unauthorized deletion, FitIn may request verification information before
processing an account deletion request. This may include confirming your account email
or other information reasonably necessary to establish account ownership.
Retention Exceptions
Certain limited records may be retained after deletion when required for legitimate
purposes, including fraud prevention, platform security, legal compliance, enforcement
of terms, and dispute resolution.
Any retained data is restricted to the extent reasonably necessary for those purposes.
In-App Deletion Tools
If your version of the FitIn app includes in-app account deletion controls, you may use
those tools as an alternative path. In-app deletion requests are handled under the same
verification, safety, and legal retention framework described on this page.
