Child Safety Standards

Zero-Tolerance Policy

FitIn strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, sexual solicitation of minors, or any attempt to use our Service to harm, exploit, contact, or endanger minors.

Any user found violating these standards may be permanently removed from FitIn and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Adult-Only Platform

FitIn is intended only for adults who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use the Service.

• Users must be 18 or older to register for FitIn.
• Accounts suspected of belonging to minors may be suspended or removed.
• We may review reports, profile information, and account activity to protect users.

Prohibited Conduct and Content

FitIn does not allow:

• Any sexualized content involving minors or suspected minors
• Child sexual abuse material or child sexual exploitation content
• Attempts to groom, solicit, exploit, or contact minors
• Content that promotes or normalizes sexual abuse or exploitation of children
• Impersonation, deception, or account activity intended to evade safety protections

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, suspicious accounts, or policy violations directly in the app where reporting tools are available.

Review and Enforcement

FitIn reviews reports and may take action based on the severity and credibility of the concern. Enforcement actions may include:

• Removing content
• Restricting account access
• Suspending or permanently banning accounts
• Preserving relevant information where legally required
• Reporting to law enforcement or appropriate authorities when required

Compliance With Laws

FitIn complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. Where required, we cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, and other appropriate entities involved in child safety investigations.

Ongoing Safety Commitment

FitIn continues to improve safety systems, reporting workflows, moderation practices, and user protections to help prevent abuse and maintain trust across the platform.
